We are energy. Flower Essences are the frequencies of flowers captured in water and preserved in brandy or vinegar. They are energy treating energy. Many people do not understand what essences are. They are not scents. I created this course to help demystify essences for the many people who do not understand what they are (NOT scents) and for those who wish to understand better how to use them. My focus is on personal growth and transformation. In raising our vibrational frequency we improve our health and well-being as well. Essences can help us do this.

I have been making, using and distributing flower essences, gem elixirs and other vibrational remedies since 1984, in conjunction with Nature Spirits and my multidimensional guides and helpers. My goal is to help raise the frequency of humanity, including myself, during this ascension process of planet Earth.

I use and teach many energy techniques to help us regain and maintain balance in our multidimensional energy fields, including toning the chakras, raising the body vibration through sound, intention and meditation. I have been teaching New Paradigm Multi-Dimensional Transformation workshops for over 20 years and doing remote energy clearings since 2000. I enjoy sharing what I have experienced, learned and researched during my spiritual quest.

When does the course start and finish?
The first session starts now and is free. The rest of the course will begin January 15. There are 6 more sections with 2 lectures in each one. A section will be available periodically until the course is finished. I'm planning on one per week.
